Healthy WaveZ states that physical and mental complaints can be reduced through "corrective algorithms" that activate energy pathways. These are said to help convert emotions into positive energy and bring the body back to a natural balance. The concept focuses on three themes: health, emotions and vitality. At the same time, it emphasises that complaints should always first be medically assessed by a doctor or hospital. According to the text, Healthy WaveZ combines ancient knowledge from different cultures with scientific insights and can be applied both individually and within healthcare institutions.
